Description

• Enacting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally. • Coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and report progress. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 8 years of experience in Healthcare or Information Systems OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Healthcare or Information Systems industry in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health information and/or IT arena (preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clients (preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in healthcare and/or information technology sector (preferred) • Knowledge of Solventum HIS products (preferred) • Working knowledge of Health Information Management (HIM) and/or Health Information technology (HIT) (preferred) • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (preferred) • Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams (preferred) • Excellent verbal, written and analytical problem-solving skills (preferred) • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team (preferred) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred) • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills (preferred) • Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment (preferred)
