Description

• Planning, executing, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS projects and personnel. • Directing and managing the use of personnel, subcontractors, tools, and materials to meet aggressive schedules. • Coordinating the maintenance and tracking of project documents, deliverables and submitting information to management, cost control and stakeholders. • Overseeing the generation, interpreting, updating, approval, and maintenance of AFSI/AFHE drawings. • Submitting tailored weekly/monthly reports for tracking safety, costs, materials, and the execution of projects. • Creating and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. • Organizing, scheduling, and conducting quality task order status and design review conferences. • Preparing and delivering conference notes and meeting minutes. • Reporting program status updates to Operations Managers. • Attending and contributing to program tier meetings. • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • Ability to pass a NACLC security background check • 8+ Years experience in the project management field. • 5+ Years experience in government or commercial fuel projects. • Experience with fuels systems as applied to AFSI/AFHE/ATG. • Experience in dealing with Government Contracts. • Must be able to pass a NACLC security background check. • Computer and database experience. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) effectively for daily administrative tasks and project support.
