Description

• Support contracting, planning, and deployment of payer pilots • Manage communication and relationship (phone, e-mail, meetings) with client and Mae team • Develop status updates, report outs, and presentations to client and internal team • Revise project plans / resources to meet changing needs and requirements • Define, measure, and track success metrics of each initiative • Identify client pain points and implement quick solutions • Collaborate internally with other departments to address areas for improvement and/or client requests • Lead internal progress tracking and growth strategy for assigned payer partners

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Medicaid Managed Care program / population experience or healthcare payer experience • 1-3 years Project Management experience, including leading a program end-to-end • Relationship management experience • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong data analysis skills • Background/expertise in: maternal-child health, sexual & reproductive health, population health, Medicaid health policy, or other relevant fields
