Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of client service experience required. β€’ 2+ years of home furnishings or interior design industry experience is an added advantage. β€’ 2+ years of management experience required. β€’ Experience growing and scaling a customer success team required. β€’ Experience building new operational processes required. β€’ Experience driving customer experience strategy development required.
