β€’ Driving positive business outcomes for our customers β€’ Providing value to our customers that goes above and beyond what is currently possible within the product itself β€’ Owning a full book of business from onboarding through activation and upsell β€’ Being an advocate for our customers so that our product+engineering teams continue to build the right products for them β€’ Only caring about vanity metrics like usage statistics or red/yellow/green statuses β€’ Being strictly reactive and waiting for our customers to bring us problems β€’ Doing absolutely everything a customer asks for, regardless of whether it is the optimal solution for them

Requirements

β€’ Have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make an impact at an early stage startup β€’ Be eager to learn and raise their hand to solve hard problems β€’ Be excited about working on cutting edge AI applications to solve problems for the best companies in the world β€’ Be excited to meet our customers in person β€’ Go above and beyond whatever we could write in a job description
