Requirements

• Business-driven mindset and customer facing experience; • More than 5 year of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry; • Experience in management of projects and small teams; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America. • Valid driver's license with a good standing record.
