• Manage relationships with key enterprise clients • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions • Lead strategic discussions with clients • Analyze account health and identify expansion opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborate with technical team to meet client requirements • Ensure contract renewal and manage commercial negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/related field or previous experience with Maintenance/Shop Floor • Extensive experience in customer success or account management, preferably with enterprise accounts • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and implementations • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and account analysis • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Deep understanding of customer success metrics and strategies • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar tools
