📋 Description

• Design, implement and oversee partner training curriculum and programs to address training needs and high-priority business objectives. • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for learning programs, defining vision, purpose, and budget management. • Evaluate current materials and technologies to build upon partner learning roadmap. • Track program effectiveness using KPIs and iterate based on insights. • Create and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to a global audience. • Organize workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning modules to deliver content.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant learning and development experience within a SaaS company. • Experience in instructional design, curriculum creation and application of metrics to evaluate program success. • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects. • Strong skills in developing learning programs and content with experience in eLearning tools. • Strong consultative experience with the ability to assess partner needs, influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts. • An understanding of organizational development and adult learning principles to enhance program effectiveness. • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • Experience in the legal tech space is a bonus.
