📋 Description

• Drive program execution for Niobium’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) product, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines • Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams to coordinate development efforts, resolve roadblocks and optimize workflows • Partner with the CTO to share and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy, team deliverables, and long term vision • Define project milestones, key delivery dates, and success metrics while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies • Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring transparency and helping to align on priorities • Drive stakeholder engagement including internal leadership, partners, and customers to align expectations and gather feedback • Establish and refine the program management processes, best practices, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Proven experience in program management within the semiconductor industry, or related hardware product company • Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles, preferable in secure computing applications • Experience working with engineering teams including ASIC, SoC, and software development teams • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and executive teams • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks
