Description
• As a Solutions Consultant (Legal) at iManage, you will help clients embrace high tech cloud solutions. • You will drive and manage the product evaluation and demo stage of the sales process for law firms and corporate legal departments. • Lead the customer pre-sale experience with solutions presentations and product demonstrations. • Stay up-to-date on all product developments and field messaging to communicate value effectively. • Collaborate with global sales team to support customer product evaluations. • Represent iManage as a subject matter and solutions expert at field events.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working as a Solutions Consultant for a SaaS company within the legal tech industry • A demonstrated background conducting a high volume of software demos to diverse legal audiences • A passion for applying technology to solve real-world problems for legal professionals • Proven ability to collaborate with senior sales executives on complex and diverse opportunities • Comfort presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences including executives, lawyers, and technical staff • A proven capability to communicate professionally in emails, RFPs, and product demonstrations • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 • Basic installation and configuration of desktop software • Embracing new tools and technologies as they become available • Comfortable with up to 10-20% travel when required
