• Lead strategic conversations with clients • Advise clients in building referral and rewards marketing programs • Communicate ROI, drive high product adoption and client satisfaction • Understand client's performance KPIs and provide guidance • Nurturing platform's value within the client base • Collaborate internally and be the voice of the client across departments • Own lifetime relationships with key clients • Develop processes and programs to increase platform usage

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Experience in crafting successful Advocacy or Customer Marketing programs • Ability to clearly articulate Marketing concepts, value propositions, and recommendations • Solid understanding of Customer Marketing, Advocacy programs, and product led growth • Previous experience in a SaaS Customer Success team or MarTech/Advocacy space • Strong communication skills with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach • Proven ability to build long-lasting business relationships • Resilience and positive attitude in ambiguous environments
