• Lead financial operations related to revenue accounting. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, particularly concerning revenue recognition. • Collaborate cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in accounting and/or finance, with a focus on SaaS or software industries. • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Supervisor, or Finance Manager, with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus. • Strong knowledge of revenue accounting standards (ASC 606), and experience with deferred revenue, sales tax, and accounts receivable. • Able to handle large datasets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. • Previous experience working in the B2B software/SaaS industry. • Previous exposure to process automation and financial systems integration. • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and partner with internal and external stakeholders. • Able to meet deadlines and adapt to a rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. • Demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional development, with a "grit" mindset open to feedback and growth.
