You can help us solve the most urgent, important challenge facing the world today (and have fun doing it). β’ The Foodservice Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the internal cycle of lead flow generation through trade system planning and reporting. β’ This individual will work closely with sales, sales strategy and customer marketing teammates to develop and execute trade programs, tools and outreach that facilitate customer engagement and growth. β’ They will break down data and system barriers, building new processes and solutions to streamline the planning process. β’ This role is part of the Sales Strategy, Customer Marketing and Sales Operations team and will report into the Senior Sales Strategy Manager, Foodservice.
β’ 5+ years of CPG experience β’ A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Foodsβ mission β’ Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment β’ A passion for creating solutions and building processes β’ A self-starter mentality with an exceptionally high quality bar β’ Ability to make complex concepts easily understandable β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β’ Intellectual curiosity and an appetite to continuously improve and learn (growth mindset)
