Description

•Imprint is building a next-generation co-branded credit card company. •Design consumer-facing marketing creative for credit card programs. •Collaborate with marketing and product teams on strategic campaign needs. •Create marketing collateral across digital and physical channels. •Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing assets. •Develop efficient processes for creating and delivering work. •Ensure high-quality design standards and follow compliance processes. •Shape brand identity and work with product designers.

Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in graphic design & production experience •Excellent visual design skills, including color, typography, layout, and other foundational design principles •Ability to marry the written word with visual design to create powerful compelling messages, as well as an have understanding of brand narrative and storytelling •Deep knowledge and experience working within brand guidelines •Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc •Experience with Webflow and understanding of basic web programming (HTML, CSS) is a plus •Solid understanding of web/mobile standards, responsive design, UX, email, digital ad campaigns & social networks •Ability to coordinate projects and work cross-functionally with our product, growth, compliance, and engineering teams •Demonstrated ability to balance speed with excellent quality of execution, understanding the right moments of check in and iteration at project stages •Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguous circumstances •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Self-starter with familiarity or comfort working with minimal direction •Excellent organization skills, with the ability to create easily replicable and scalable process systems and hand-offs
