Description

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the core ledger platform • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements • Mentor a team of software engineers and developers • Plan and manage the execution of projects • Utilize agile methodologies to monitor progress • Regularly communicate with senior management and other stakeholders • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders • Ensure adherence to high-quality coding and documentation standards • Oversee the implementation of robust testing strategies • Encourage a culture of innovation within the team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • 5+ years of proven experience in a fintech company • 3+ years of experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems • 3+ years of strong background in developing, testing and validating financial platforms, preferably with expertise in ledger technology. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills • Familiarity with agile development methodologies. • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
