📋 Description
• Oversee configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and HCM modules. • Configure and manage ERP modules: Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Project Portfolio Management (PPM). • Configure and manage HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning. • Implement and maintain Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS). • Oversee budgetary control and encumbrance accounting within Oracle ERP. • Provide functional support and troubleshoot system issues. • Conduct system testing, training, and user support. • Collaborate with business units to optimize workflows and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM. • Strong knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and HCM. • Experience with ESS/MSS implementations. • Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM certification is a plus.
