• Analyze customer requirements • Estimate customer requirements • Determine the best solution for any given feature (Backend and Front-End) • Code solutions for development stories and tasks • Implement Unit and Integration tests • Code review PR's for team members • Guide and unblock team members • Able to follow up team progress on the sprint tickets and PR’s • Report status to customers and managers • Experience dealing with high expectations
Requirements
• Team Lead experience • Knowledge and enforcement of coding best practices • Customer negotiation skills • Estimation skills • Service Oriented Architecture • Team status reporting experience • Java 8 (or higher) • Spring (Core, Boot, Data, REST/MVC) • Hibernate • SQL • Git • Agile • Front-End development (Bootstrap, Angular 2 - 13, Typescript) • REST Services • Unit testing frameworks: JUnit/Mockito • Linux knowledge • Design patterns • Development for the cloud • Logging Tools (Sumo Logic) • Amazon AWS • Financial Business Domain Experience • Microservices experience
