• Proven experience managing complex projects within an Agile framework, focusing on backend systems and application fidelity. • Strong experience organizing sprints, managing dependencies, and coordinating multiple teams. • Solid understanding of backend development processes and technical requirements for application fidelity. • Strong ability to identify, assess, and manage risks. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and teams around project goals. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate obstacles. • Familiarity with systems that monitor application fidelity, including automated alerts, is a plus. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Ability to maintain a calm and solution-focused attitude in high-pressure situations.
