Description

• Manage employee benefits and payroll for Inatai Foundation • Ensure equity in benefit programs • Manage benefit provider relationships and systems • Process payroll timely and accurately • Conduct employee orientations and training on benefits and payroll systems • Develop employee communications regarding benefits and payroll • Oversee employee enrollment and eligibility • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations for compliance • Manage annual review of benefits programs

Requirements

• A deep commitment to equity and social justice and strong alignment with our organizational values • Ability to authentically connect the Foundation’s mission and aspirations with one’s own experiences • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work effectively and respectfully with politically, ideologically, culturally, and geographically diverse people and communities • Data administration in the nonprofit, public, or education sectors • 5-7 years of proven experience in benefits administration and management
