Description
• We are seeking a driven and strategic Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. • This role is essential in helping us scale our Clinical and Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of clinical roles. • The Clinical Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Requirements
• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to full cycle recruitment within the clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare field. • Ability to effectively communicate Included Health’s value proposition in a competitive hiring market. • Skilled at managing multiple requisitions and quickly adjusting priorities in response to evolving hiring needs. • Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and developing a diverse candidate pipeline. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of interpersonal proficiency and attention to detail. • Experienced with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems. • Demonstrate a competitive mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to multitask while prioritizing effectively.
