Description
• We are looking for a motivated and strategic Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. • Reporting to Sr. Manager Clinical Recruiting this role is important in helping us scale our Clinical and Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of clinical roles. • The Clinical Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to full cycle recruitment within the clinical or behavioral health field. • Experience managing multiple requisitions. • Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and developing a diverse candidate pipeline. • Experienced with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
