•About Us: Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm in healthcare, cyber, and security. •Remote contract position focusing on recruiting top-tier hardware talent with a minimum of 3 months. •Source and recruit candidates for semiconductor hardware engineering positions in Power Management Integrated Circuit sector located or able to relocate to Torrance, CA. •Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GoodTime. •Develop recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles. •Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. •Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. •Provide weekly updates on recruiting progress and market insights.
Requirements
•10 + years of experience working in recruiting, 5+ years specializing in hardware related roles •Proven experience recruiting for hardware and power engineering roles •Strong network within the power engineering and hardware development communities •Excellent service in candidate and hiring manager experience •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
