• We are seeking an experienced Sr. Content Strategist to lead and implement the content strategy for Consumer Marketing. • This role combines strategy and execution, creating messaging frameworks, content plans, and journeys that boost engagement and deliver measurable results. • The ideal candidate will drive innovation, establish foundational content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that increase member engagement. • This is a great opportunity to build a content strategy function and contribute to impactful marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, and messaging with a proven ability to develop and execute content plans that drive results. • Expertise in journey mapping, messaging frameworks, and persona-driven content strategies. • Strong experience in creating consumer messaging aligned with organizational goals. • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Data-driven decision-maker with strong strategic judgment to navigate complex challenges. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and build trust across teams. • A “builder” mentality—someone ready to roll up their sleeves, create scalable solutions, and lead the team through growth and change.
