β’ Incode is looking for a highly motivated Talent Rewards Analyst to support our team growth! β’ The Talent Rewards Analyst will work directly with key stakeholders to advise and manage our compensation and benefits strategies. β’ Focus on being a true business partner by optimizing and managing rewards programs across our business functions. β’ You'll constantly search for innovative and relevant ways to attract and retain the best talent while ensuring we provide a competitive and equitable rewards experience. β’ You will have direct access to colleagues at all levels of the organization, and you will embrace the opportunity to add value in this role.
β’ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. β’ Experience scaling compensation programs during periods of significant company growth. β’ Fluent in Spanish and English. β’ Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, including Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation benchmarking tools. β’ Skilled at partnering with HR teams to build effective compensation strategies and ensure internal equity. β’ Experience creating, measuring, and scaling rewards programs between employees and HR teams. β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, with a tech start-up being a plus. β’ Degree educated from a reputable university. β’ Highly analytical, motivated, fast learner, and resourceful.
