Description

• Incode is looking for a highly motivated Talent Rewards Analyst to support our team growth! • The Talent Rewards Analyst will work directly with key stakeholders to advise and manage our compensation and benefits strategies. • Focus on being a true business partner by optimizing and managing rewards programs across our business functions. • You'll constantly search for innovative and relevant ways to attract and retain the best talent while ensuring we provide a competitive and equitable rewards experience. • You will have direct access to colleagues at all levels of the organization, and you will embrace the opportunity to add value in this role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. • Experience scaling compensation programs during periods of significant company growth. • Fluent in Spanish and English. • Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, including Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation benchmarking tools. • Skilled at partnering with HR teams to build effective compensation strategies and ensure internal equity. • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling rewards programs between employees and HR teams. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, with a tech start-up being a plus. • Degree educated from a reputable university. • Highly analytical, motivated, fast learner, and resourceful.
