Description

• Full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, including requirements gathering, documentation, design, testing, training and support • Document and communicate issues to project management • Work with users and external consultants to document business and technical processes, requirements for custom development needs • Assist with application updates and upgrades • Provide on-going support to users including following-up on tickets with appropriate urgency • Deep knowledge of financial process – procure to pay, order to cash and record to report • Develops a deep subject matter expertise of the underlying business, our technology, controls and governance supporting planning and reporting processes • Contributes to M&A processes and valuation practices, while driving implementation of acquired business • Is a key contributor to the EPM implementation process • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 implementation and support experience • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen • Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
