Description

• Drive development of innovative software solutions that meet customer needs • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and pain points • Develop understanding of pain points and maintain knowledge of industry insights • Gather detailed product needs and translate them into actionable formats • Create and maintain a flexible product roadmap prioritizing features based on feedback • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product lifecycle • Advocate for user-centric approach throughout product lifecycle • Define success metrics and KPIs for product features using data-driven insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred • 2+ years of direct experience in product management, with a proven track record in software development and delivering customer-focused solutions • 5 years of professional experience • Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting preferred
