Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years experience in designing, implementing, and managing SaaS solutions in a product-focused technology company. • Experience implementing, upgrading, and troubleshooting various Java application platforms (Tomcat, WildFly, JBoss, etc.,). • Experience working/managing public health systems, such as Maven, NBS, ESSENCE, Epitrax or other CDC integrated systems. • Comfortable working in SQL databases & creating custom stored procedures and views. • Working knowledge of AWS, PowerShell, Linux CLI, and IaaS. • Proficiency in internet protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, and SSH. • Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Linux and Virtualization. • Understanding of IP networks, network components, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of system, application, and network security. • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. • Proven experience in a production internet-facing environment. • Be willing to serve on-call after hours on a rotation. One week at a time including weekends.
