Description

• Accountable for managing assigned accounts and territories • Develop and execute detailed plans • Facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers • Strategically plan and implement sales goals • Recommendations to Energy & Security Segment Manager • Provide technical guidance to customers • Prepare quotes and negotiate sales contracts • Submit forecasts and monthly reports • Cross sell with other Key Account Managers • Support territory sales and marketing plans • Offer marketing assistance and support marketing activities

Requirements

• 4 years technical degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics) • 3-5 years of account management experience selling to scientific industries • Track record of establishing new customer connections • Consultative: ability to identify areas of concern in customer manufacturing sites • Challenger sales acumen; value selling competency • Persistent, winning mentality • Strong presentation skills • Skilled in conveying strategic plans • Versed in software tools, encompassing CRM and MS Office applications • Effective negotiation skills • Proficient in project tracking • Experience with Gas Chromatographic techniques and other analytical instrumentation • Knowledge of Natural Gas Value Chain beneficial
