We are expanding our skills and capacity to deliver high-value Dynamics 365 implementation projects, facilitating our clients’ digital transformation, and driving productivity and growth. • As a Solution Architect, your role will adapt based on the specific project or type of work being undertaken. You will be assigned to and responsible for a customer, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. Whether leading a delivery team directly or through influence, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the team’s skillset. You will demonstrate your leadership values through effective delegation, motivation, trust, and decisive action.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a D365 Business Central Solution Architect. • Proficiency in configuring, and writing customisation specifications for, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, embracing an “out-of-the-box first” approach • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, allowing you to lead requirements gathering workshops, and write clear requirements • Proficiency with data migration strategies and data importing techniques. • Proven experience with Business Central integrations using modern integration technologies • Proven experience with BC/CE integrations, using the standard connector and customisations • Strong understanding of data reporting methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically, and lead in situations of crisis • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • MB800 required; PL900 and MB280 desirable
