β€’ Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients β€’ Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention β€’ Coordinating activities with internal cross-functional teams β€’ Help clients explore/pursue new business opportunities β€’ Monitor and take actions to minimize health risks β€’ Analyze and forecast customer's traffic

Requirements

β€’ Industry experience highly preferred, understanding of SaaS and CPaaS solutions β€’ Prior experience working with Revenue Assurance, Purchasing, and technical teams β€’ Full cycle sales experience β€’ Strong experience in Account Management - building and maintaining relationships β€’ Product knowledge and/or knowledge of our competitors β€’ Ability to interact with all levels of the organization β€’ Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
