📋 Description
• We are seeking a full-time Cornerstone OnDemand/SumTotal LMS Administrator to join our team and provide expert support to our clients. • In this role, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining course content, and offering user support through the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and SumTotal interfaces. • This position focuses on ensuring our clients experience seamless LMS operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and SumTotal LMS interfaces, including user account management, content management, and reporting functionalities. • Experience configuring and managing LMS admin panels in CSOD and SumTotal. • Experience working with API integrations or third-party tool integrations within CSOD and SumTotal. • Experience setting up new workflows, templates, or automation within CSOD and SumTotal. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts. • Excellent communication skills for effective client support and troubleshooting. • Ability to work full-time within established US business hours and meet SLA requirements for clients.
