Description
• Manage user accounts through Cornerstone OnDemand interface. • Upload, update, and remove course content via LMS tools. • Generate and analyze data using CSOD's reporting features. • Provide responsive assistance to clients with interface-related tasks. • Offer support during standard business hours as per SLA.
Requirements
• Proven experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, including user account management, content management, and reporting functionalities. • Background in LMS administration and familiarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand interface. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts. • Excellent communication skills for effective client support and troubleshooting. • Ability to work full-time within established business hours and meet SLA requirements for clients.
