• Join an innovative tech company known for redefining industry standards and delivering advanced solutions for high-performance data storage products. • Collaborate closely with a team of dedicated Supply Chain Analysts to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders and shipments for our EMEA customers. • Manage the full cycle of order fulfilment, including creating, modifying, and cancelling orders as needed. • Address transactional queries related to lead times, shipment statuses, and related logistics, providing accurate and timely updates to our valued customers. • Support team data reporting activities, including pulling data, analysing reports, and updating dashboards (training provided). • Work closely with the logistics team to track shipment statuses and conduct data analysis on logistics performance. • Develop and document new workflows to streamline processes and support training efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer or product supply chain management. • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related field. • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint. • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.
