Requirements

• A results-driven individual with a "can-do" attitude and a focus on achieving challenging goals. • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French or other European languages is a strong asset. • Strong expertise in enterprise software or SaaS sales, preferably with experience in work management and workflow solutions. • Commitment to value-based selling practices. • Ability to act as a trusted advisor by effectively demonstrating business value to clients and internal teams. • A "hunter" mentality with the ability to discover, qualify, and secure new opportunities. • Proven ability to work across functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Partners. • Experience in prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, presentations, negotiations, and proposal development. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
