Description
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals. • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and business positions; meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, technology, and sales positions. • Naturally curious and eager to meet new potential team members. • Relevant experience in start-ups (Nice to have). • Experiences with CRM software including the configuration, and development of dashboards and reports (Nice to have). • Strong network in the crypto and blockchain industry (Nice to have). • Experience recruiting in the crypto & blockchain space (Nice to have).
