📋 Description
• Oversee content solutions projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and company standards. • Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating efforts across contributing writers, internal content teams, content administrators, and design teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications related to content solutions programs. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content initiatives with broader demand generation and targeted advertising efforts. • Continuously optimize workflows and processes to improve the efficiency and scalability of content program execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 1 to 3+ years of experience managing content marketing programs for agencies, media, or demand gen companies. • Familiar with basic content creation processes, such as manuscript creation and design and layout. Previous experience dealing with writers and editors is nice to have. • Exceptional customer relationship management skills. • Organized and disciplined with the ability to meet and stay ahead of deadlines. • Problem-solving skills to be able to ask the right questions and come up with creative solutions to new issues. • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. • Knowledge of demand gen project management is a plus.
