Description

• The Director of Product -HealthcareOS will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the Inmar Intelligence Platform. • This role is for a strategic leader who can balance hands-on product management with team leadership. • The Director will supervise and hire two Product Managers and also contribute directly to product development efforts. • Reporting to the VP of Product, the Director will collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and other product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent related experience. • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing platform development. • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, including microservices architecture, API management, and CI/CD processes. • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time and within budget. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
