• The Product Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), supports Inmar’s RCM initiatives across Retail Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, and Clinical/Medical RCM. • Must possess strong project management skills, deep understanding of revenue cycle management, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Develop and manage complex business cases, product line pro-forma, or other decision analysis projects. • Independently manage multiple RCM product initiatives across Retail and Hospital Pharmacy from concept to launch. • Conduct in-depth research on competitors, users, and customers to inform RCM product strategy. • Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches of new RCM initiatives. • Own and maintain the product roadmap for RCM solutions. • Communicate effectively with leadership, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field. • 4-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, or product management, with a preference for experience in Retail and/or Hospital Pharmacy RCM. • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives. • Experience with clinical or medical revenue cycle management is a plus. • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. • Product Owner Certification preferred.
