📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. • Translate company vision into longer-term roadmaps. • Ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to customers. • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Gather and analyze customer/product feedback to inform product decisions. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies. • Work alongside engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops. • Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success. • Write technical documentation. • Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Product Management. • Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets. • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies. • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with testing/integrating to/interpreting APIs. • Preferred Experience with crypto infrastructure-like products. • Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role. • Experience with building consumer-facing fintech applications. • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
