Description

• Analyze customer feedback to extract insights using text analytics tools • Collaborate with teams to develop actionable insights • Maintain and improve text analytics models and algorithms • Implement natural language processing to derive insights from text data • Communicate insights to stakeholders and clients • Stay updated with text analytics trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or experience in a relevant field such as German, linguistics, computer science, data science, or a related discipline. • Proficient in German in addition to English. High-proficiency in both English and German language and comprehension is required. • Proven experience in text analysis, natural language processing (NLP), or computational linguistics is a plus. • Proficiency in Google suite products, Excel and similar software/database tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner. • Strong language and editing skills. • Experience working in a customer experience or market research environment is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
