🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of content design experience. • Experience in translating and managing Spanish content. • Demonstrated success in simplifying complex plain language. • Familiarity with trauma-informed research practices and principles of accessibility and equity. • Successful experience with leading and mentoring teams on content development. • Familiarity with content and translation management systems. • Experience using user-centered methodologies. • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across government. • Proven ability to conduct user interviews and surveys. • Experience with optimizing content for search indexing. • Interest in exploring generative AI. • Writing samples demonstrating UX writing in both languages.
