Description

• Develop and own the overall growth marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition. • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid ads, email, social media, and organic search. • Create scalable lead-generation campaigns targeting B2B clients. • Work closely with sales to align marketing qualified leads (MQLs) with sales qualified leads (SQLs). • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs such as CAC, CPL, and ROI. • Optimize the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights. • Use A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates. • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop targeted messaging for various audience segments. • Leverage case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content to position Innovecs as a trusted B2B partner. • Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to align on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B tech space. • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, RB2B, etc.). • Expertise in lead generation strategies, including ABM and inbound marketing. • Ability to manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience in marketing for software development or technology services companies. • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and BDR strategies. • Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
