• Who are we? • IOG, is a technology company focused on Blockchain research and development. • We are renowned for our scientific approach to blockchain development, emphasizing peer-reviewed research and formal methods to ensure security, scalability, and sustainability. • Our projects include decentralized finance (DeFi), governance, and identity management, aiming to advance the capabilities and adoption of blockchain technology globally. • We invest in the unknown, applying our curiosity and desire for positive change to everything we do. • What the role involves: • Within IOG's operational framework, the Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the harmonious synchronization of strategy and implementation. • In the capacity of a Business Analyst at IOG, you will be overseeing the successful execution of intricate projects spanning the organization. • Your proficiency in Business Analysis will be paramount, as you'll be expected to develop the business requirements for multifaceted projects. • Work with business leaders and other key stakeholders to collect business requirements. • Develop reports and data visualizations to demonstrate progress against goals on various projects. • Facilitate meetings and interactions with executive level project staff. • Build relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Software Engineering, Business Administration or similar. • At least 3 years of industry experience in a tech related field • At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst • Experience working for both large organizations as well as startups a bonus • Experience developing technical documentation. • Experience with business processes, process flow analysis, product architecture and design best practices. • Proficient in the use of Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs or similar • Proficient in the use of Power BI, Looker Data Studio, or similar data visualization tools • Knowledge of information design, information mapping, and technical writing principles • Experience with Jira is a plus • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools
