Description

• Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders. • Gather requirements and develop testing processes. • Leading testing efforts to deliver quality solutions. • Create executive-level presentations. • Participate in the development of knowledge-sharing artifacts for continuous process improvements. • Proactively communicate and coordinate with various internal and external project stakeholders. • Build and maintain communication channels across teams. • Collaborate with development, product, and requirements teams. • Maintain and track the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). • Consult with development teams to coordinate and test applications. • Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and scenarios. • Execute functional testing and database testing using SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated expertise in testing methodologies. • Strong understanding of the End-to-End Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including defect logging and closure. • Hands-on experience with integration testing, web services testing, and API testing. • Proficient in Jira for managing sprint activities and maintaining test artifacts. • Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies. • Working knowledge of SQL and scripting for database validation and testing. • Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, GitHub). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot complex issues. • Knowledge of federal security compliance frameworks, including FISMA, HIPAA, and NIST-800-53
