• Research the target market and manage requirements through the full lifecycle. • Work with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements, workflows, and journeys are clearly captured. • Translate requirements into process workflows, technical requirements, user stories, and testable requirements. • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic or processes. • Develop deep business and application domain knowledge for healthcare, banking, and financial services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Proven experience with (product) development methodologies for gathering and capturing requirements and documenting same in a clear unambiguous manner. • Experience in defining scope, high level and detailed requirements, and producing (or supporting the development of) roadmaps. • Product experience in healthcare is a must. • Experience in business process modelling using BPMN or EPC. • Experienced at stakeholder management- communicating with senior and other stakeholders. • Excellent interviewing and presentation skills to demo the product as well as extract and utilize feed-back to improve the product. • Experience in the financial services area with emphasis on payments is an advantage. • Creatively skilled-ability to imagine the future product!
