β’ As a member of the Regional sales team, you will manage full life-cycle solutions sales within a greenfield territory of enterprise accounts. β’ You will be expected to establish trust and credibility with a variety of stakeholders including Clients, CSMβs, R&D and Product Teams and a variety of technology ecosystem partners. β’ To be a successful member of the Sales team at Intellicene, you have prior experience in a full-cycle software sales role in Security Operations and be passionate about working in a dynamic environment. β’ The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing the Western United States and other assigned areas.
β’ Bachelor's degree. β’ Minimum 3 years of proven sales execution experience in security solutions. β’ At least 3 years of customer-facing experience. β’ Experience with physical security hardware and/or software. β’ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. β’ Proficient in webinar presentations and in-person demonstrations. β’ Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven with strong initiative. β’ Ability to work cross-functionally. β’ Strong assertive listening and presentation skills. β’ Proven negotiation skills focused on customer satisfaction. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. β’ Proficient in SFDC. β’ Established relationships with resellers, integrators and end-users. β’ Demonstrated success in prospecting new business and exceeding sales quotas. β’ Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%), sometimes on short notice. β’ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. β’ Ability to travel within North America, including air travel.
