• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in MSP, SaaS or technology. • Strong understanding of the MSP market and sales dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
