Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced, results-oriented, and visionary SEO Manager to join our team. This critical role in our Demand Generation team will be responsible for steering and executing our SEO strategy, driving significant organic growth, and ensuring our digital presence is optimized to be discoverable globally. • The SEO Manager will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, to show performance and progress against business objectives. • Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing our growth via organic search, to grow our web traffic demo requests, pipeline, and revenue, to support our company’s growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred • 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic growth across a complex product offering and website, in multi-languages • Experience in the SaaS, technology, or MarTech sector is highly desirable • Expertise in using advanced SEO tools and platforms (e.g., SEMrush, SimilarWeb, MOZ, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) is necessary • Expertise working and reporting in Hubspot and Salesforce is highly preferred • Strong technical SEO skills, including knowledge of how HTML, CSS, structured data markup, and JavaScript relate to SEO • Knowledge of content management/content processes and how they relate to SEO • Ability to execute a high-performing in backlink strategy including outreach • Proven Agency and Budget Management experience • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights, make informed decisions and produce reports to executive leaders • Ability to build performance reporting and dashboards to assist with Quarterly Business Reviews • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels • Proven experience in leading an individual contributor or small team, whilst executing
