Description

• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for orders, treatments, and revenue growth. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory that align with corporate goals and marketing strategy. • Deliver impactful sales presentations to key clients and strategic accounts, showcasing InSightec’s unique value propositions. • Act as the face of InSightec at industry congresses and meetings to enhance product visibility and market presence. • Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen brand credibility and drive sustainable growth. • Generating positive cooperation with the different Insightec functions. • Necessary strengths include resilience, positiveness, problem solving, customer focus, teamwork, and out-of-the-box thinking. • Prepare regular sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales volume, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion. • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions. • Working according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rules.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in the medical devices industry, specifically in the sale of high-value capital for imaging and/or therapy equipment to hospitals. • A strong track record in large capital sales and business closure, ideally involving disruptive technologies. • In-depth understanding of market dynamics in areas such as Neurosurgery, Neurology and or Radiology. • A robust professional network within relevant healthcare sectors is a plus. • Experience in business development is preferred. • Previous experience in sales management is advantageous. • A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. • Strong structured and conceptual thinking abilities, complemented by a hands-on approach. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A collaborative team player who works well across functions. • A high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions. • Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions. • Location - Nordics
