🎯 Requirements
• Willingness to travel to different sites and work in varying environments. • Available for occasional out-of-hours or weekend work as required. • Be available to travel across the UK with occasional working week and overnight stays. • Independent Worker: Confident in working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities. • Technical Skills: Competent in the use of laptops/tablets for system configurations and reporting (training provided). • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. • IT Troubleshooting: Good all-around IT troubleshooting skills. • Networking Knowledge: Experience with router setup, VPN configurations, and subnetting. • Cabling Experience: Cat 5e/6 cabling termination experience. • Electrical Experience: 18th Edition, wiring regs, and Part P NIEIC qualified: Desirable. • Technical Proficiency: Competent using a Multimeter, as well as other electrical and IT equipment. • Smart Metering Experience: Previous experience with smart metering systems, RF networks, or similar field-based technologies is preferred. • Health and Safety Certification: A health and safety qualification is desirable. • Clear Driving Licence: A valid, clear UK driving licence. • DBS Clearance: Basic DBS clearance (Disclosure and Barring Service). • Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK. • References: Two satisfactory professional references. • CSCS Card or equivalent: Must hold a valid CSCS card (or be able to obtain one).
