Description

• Installation and commissioning of prepayment & controlled credit systems • Using a laptop and tablet to commission metering equipment • Problem solving and fault-finding issues on site • Liaise with site staff, contractors, and consultants • Replacement and maintenance of Heat Interface Units (HIU) • Installation of Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Units (MVHR) • Commissioning, service, and repair of heating and cooling systems • Conduct site surveys for new system installations • Provide both pre-planned and reactive maintenance to plantrooms

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of NVQ level 2, or equivalent, in plumbing and heating • Certified in 18th edition domestic wiring (not essential, training can be provided) • CSCS card - Essential • SMSTS or H&S qualification - desirable • First aid trained – desirable • Full driving licence essential • Positive attitude towards providing customer service excellence
