• Responsible for creation of user experiences for games • Collaborates with teams to implement intuitive user experiences • Owns and iterates on user-facing features through game development cycle • Plans and deploys improvements to development processes • Advances capabilities of UI/UX tools and industry trends • Communicates concepts to reinforce partnerships across functions • Encourages mentorship and growth opportunities • Advocates for players and end-user experience

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Animate, AfterEffects, and Illustrator) • Understanding of digital interaction design fundamentals and patterns • Ability to adhere to style guides and development best practices • Familiarity with front-end development tools (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) a plus • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
